About the organisation
About the role
You’re an experienced Operations Director with a track record of running a tight ship and managing the back-end compliance and organisational systems for a dynamic and fast-moving organisation. You’re an all-rounder who is just as comfortable navigating spreadsheets as you are negotiating contracts or helping to create a vibrant organisational culture that enables staff to do their best work.
While our small program team is focused on our mission to drive the shift from fossil fuels to clean energy, your role is to keep the organisation on an even keel, ensure we uphold the highest standards of compliance and have organisational systems that are second to none. Ours is a fast-paced work environment that will challenge you to think on your feet, solve problems and juggle competing demands.
The ideal candidate will have seven or more years’ experience in a similar role and will be excited at the prospect of working for a small, dynamic organisation with a mission to solve the climate crisis.
Working from our Sydney office, you’ll report to the Executive Director and will lead a small operations team including a full-time Administrative Assistant and part-time Finance Manager.
