Providing specialist sexual assault and family violence programs and services, including 24 hour crisis care support, case management, therapeutic counselling, early intervention and professional education and training, we continue to grow and develop our offerings.
About the role
About The Role
The Finance Manager leads the organisation’s Finance function, including finance and payroll. Reporting to the Finance & Administration executive, you will lead a small, dedicated team to deliver planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and compliance in accordance with professional accounting standards. A member of the extended senior leadership team, you will provide ongoing high level finance business partnering, analysis and insight to support business planning and sustainability.
About You
With degree qualifications in accounting / finance, you have experience in a senior level finance role, leading a finance function. You will be able to demonstrate advanced financial and commercial acumen and expertise in the development and implementation of financial systems. With exceptional consulting, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, you thrive working in a dynamic environment with the ability to prioritise competing demands. You will be a values driven person, motivated to make a difference.
