Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking an innovative and highly experienced General Manager to lead this growing organisation in the delivery of high quality NDIS programs and services. The General Manager will shape the way the organisation supports people with disability to live the life they choose.

Working alongside an established executive team, the General Manager will have operational and strategic leadership of a division experiencing significant change, as it transitions to an NDIS service delivery environment. Overseeing the development and implementation of a progressive business plan to secure an ambitious and sustainable future, the General Manager will drive strategic change while delivering quality services.

You will be an established executive with demonstrated history of leading change and delivering successful outcomes in a highly complex environment. You will contribute to broader organisation development working in collaboration with other senior executives to deliver the best outcomes for individuals, families and communities. With a proven capability to assess emerging trends and leverage opportunities, the successful candidate will possess strong operational and strategic leadership capabilities, influencing skills, and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. Relevant tertiary qualifications required.
