About the role
Social Futures seeks an experienced HR professional to join the P & C Team and assist in providing quality, high volume HR information, advice and support to Managers, Team Leaders and employees across a range of People & Culture initiatives in order to create high levels of employee engagement, performance and wellbeing.
The position will need a broad understanding of all HR functions to ensure support can be provided however the focus will be on positively influencing, advising and operationalising various facets of people and culture activity including structure, leadership, attraction and retention, culture, workforce wellbeing, capability and diversity.
