Bethany is a vibrant community service organisation based in Victoria that provides a broad range of prevention, intervention, support and educational services to children, young people, families and individuals and is celebrating 150 years in 2018. The group includes Bethany Kindergarten Services providing early childhood education through 21 Kindergartens in the Geelong area.
About the role
This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing, communications and events Strategy that furthers Bethany’s strategic objectives for both community and kindergarten services. It includes communications to internal and external stakeholders that positively and accurately reflect our work, values, mission and vision and elevate Bethany’s thought leadership position in both Victoria and Australia. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join Bethany’s team and to assist in a period of significant growth and development, capitalising on a 150 year history and legacy in the sector.
Position Objectives
- Manage communications to internal and external stakeholders that positively and accurately reflect the work, values, mission and vision of Bethany, and elevate Bethany’s thought leadership position in both Victoria and Australia
- Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing, Communications and Events Strategy that furthers Bethany’s strategic objectives for both the community services and kindergarten services.
