About the role
The Customer Support Officer at Girl Guide Victoria will focus on ensuring a welcoming, efficient and effective on-boarding process for potential new Guides and their parents. The Customer Service Officer will work with the parents/guardians of girls between the ages of 5 and 17 across the State to help them to become Guide members and assist with any membership queries thereon.
This role will work as part of our Customer Service Team and will also support the Girl Guides Victoria shop, reception and wider volunteer services support.
This is a hands-on role that provides a wonderful opportunity support the girls of Victoria by providing a great membership experience for our youth members.
