About the role

About the opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for the design and delivery of up to three major campaigns.
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Public Policy & Campaigns, staff from the Marketing and Communications division and other senior leaders in the organisation, you will work to engage Uniting in public policy debates and formulation of policy solutions, advocating for social equity and protection of the vulnerable.
About you
Driven by your belief that a fairer, kinder society is possible, you will have demonstrated experience in campaigning on social policy issues and/or public policy development.
You will possess high-level written and oral communication skills, excellent strategic thinking, and the capacity to undertake research and develop evidence-based policy solutions.
A minimum qualification of a Bachelor degree in public policy, media and communications, political science or similar is essential.
Drivers license desirable. Some travel may be required.
