Role Overview
This role requires an applicant who is strategically and creatively capable of engaging a broad array of stakeholders to achieve results. They must be able to balance the necessary appreciation of human rights and social justice against the economic reality of business growth and performance. In their accountability to the Board, the applicant uses innovation and agility for the effective delivery of the business and the execution of strategic vision for the organisation.
Required Experience
– 7-10 years in Senior Executive roles
– Eligible for work within Australia and a fit and proper person (Child Safety Act 1999)
– Leadership of a passionate and geographically dispersed people
– Strategy establishment, steering and execution
– Risk management, planning, forecasting and budgeting
– Ability to scale organisations
– Highly effective communication and ability to delegate responsibly
– Market knowledge and business acumen
– Culture building
– Relationship and partner building
– Capacity to travel
