Your experience and relevant tertiary qualification(s) in social work, psychology, family therapy or a related discipline will ensure your success in this dynamic operational management role.

With you, you’ll bring your expertise in leading and operating a multidisciplinary centre that offers children and families a range of services. You will have solid experience within the sector and have a demonstrated record of leading, motivating and delivering within the team that you have managed.

The opportunity
This is an operational management role. You will mentor and build teams and systems that emphasise accountability, autonomy and promote continuous improvement in professional practice and delivery, while ensuring the centre meets it’s KPI targets. You will also liaise with funding bodies regarding programs within your area and develop and maintain new and existing partnerships to deliver and evaluate services.

Working within a matrix management model, you will assume full responsibility for your program, whilst maintaining strong relationships with the NEMA Child and Family Alliance. With a strong focus on integrated practice, you’ll also play an important implementation role in fostering solid, beneficial working relationships with its partners.
