About the organisation
Assessments, Quality, Performance (AQP) is a consultancy firm established in 2008 that provides support to health and community service organisations across Australia. We support non-government organisations (NGOs) with all aspects of quality management, accountability and reporting, compliance with service standards and business alignment with changing market conditions.
A key aspect of our role includes the development of bespoke policies, procedures and other tools to assist organisations (usually NGOs) with standards compliance and best practice.
Our team is a group of experienced freelance consultants headed up by the AQP Director based in the Inner West of Sydney. Most of our consultants have their own practice, and they come into the AQP team for specific projects.
