The AEGN brings together philanthropists who care about the environment and enables them to become better at what they love doing. We also aim to grow the amount of philanthropic funds in Australia going to the environment. Our members co-fund, share networks, go on field trips together, attend private briefings and much more. About the role

The Office Manager role is responsible for undertaking and overseeing all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the AEGN office, and providing coordination and administration support for key operational processes. We are a small team, so you will design processes for everyone to follow as well as get hands on to deliver. Responsibilities include;
- Office facilities and environment maintenance
- First point of contact, phone, email, visitors
- Business filing and archiving
- Support for key business meetings including staff meetings, board meetings, annual general meeting (AGM), and strategic plan meetings
- Support for CEO
- Travel bookings
- With Finance Manager, ensure timely and compliant submissions to regulatory bodies i.e. ACNC, ASIC, AEGN Board

Skills and experience
- 5+ year experience in office administration including Office Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to be a positive and proactive part of a small team
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently organise and manage an office
- Great communication skills to work with Australia’s leading philanthropists
- Strong administration systems and process skills
