The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Alumni Networks & Services, you will be the first point of contact for UNSW graduates, providing high-quality customer service and promoting the benefits of staying connected to the alumni community.  Additionally, you will work with key stakeholders across the University to provide confidential and efficient administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to enquiries from graduates and initiate and follow up all necessary actions
  • Accurate data entry processing and administrative tasks 
  • Assisting with annual reporting requirements
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal systems and processes
  • Liaison with stakeholders
  • Cooperation with all health and safety policies and procedures of the university 

About the successful applicant

You can demonstrate your experience supporting successful alumni or engagement programs. Specific requirements include:

  • Prior experience working fast paced, customer focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • High-level organisational skills and proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams and areas
  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training
