Volunteering and Contact ACT is looking to refresh its Board skillset and seeks applicants with expertise in running a community organisation (CEO or senior executive), systems and technology, behavioural economics or economic modelling, marketing or promotions.

Volunteering and Contact ACT’s vision is for An Inclusive Canberra. We are the peak body for volunteering and community information services in the Canberra Region and provide programs to support mental health and wellbeing and inclusiveness. We drive and influence policy, and advocate for our members and stakeholders as part of a national network. We are an active link between people, organisations and government. Our members are volunteer involving organisations across the broader Canberra region in areas as diverse as the environment, arts, sport, events, government and community services.
About the role
Expressions of interest are sought to complement our skills-based board and contribute to our strategic direction. Applicants with expertise in running a community organisation (CEO or senior executive), systems and technology, behavioural economics or economic modelling, marketing or promotions are encouraged to apply.
