About the Role

University Advancement now seeks two Senior Development Managers to grow relationships with our philanthropic partners and to sustainably grow philanthropic investment into key priority areas. The Senior Development Managers will work across the breadth of the university’s activity, focusing on the complex problems Swinburne is uniquely placed to solve in partnership with philanthropy. We are keen to speak to candidates who are passionate about; social good, health, space, data and innovation.

You will demonstrate a proven track record in effective and significant philanthropic fundraising at a senior level or hold experience in a high level sales or business development role gained in a complex environment. You operate with a high level of integrity, maintain trusting relationships and can collaborate with diverse stakeholders. You are passionate and can be relied on to deliver.
