About the role
The Database & Supporter Relations Coordinator is a key member of the Fundraising & Marketing Team. The focus of the role is to offer an exceptional standard of service to our supporters; to ensure a high level of database management and to provide efficient and effective financial administration and support for the Fundraising Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes. This role is responsible for processing charitable donations, maintaining and enhancing the donor database and donor profile segmentation for fundraising campaigns. Working with the Direct Marketing Coordinator, the Database & Supporter Relations Coordinator will play an important role in providing reports to the fundraising team to guide future decision making around the development of processes to steward donors from initial gift to bequest.
