About the role
For the Director Social Innovation Consulting role we are looking for strong leadership capabilities backed by capability in social innovation influencing and business strategy.
You can:
• Build and grow people and teams. Shifting mindsets, behaviours and skill sets.
• Enabling others to feel motivated, supported and able to do their best work. • Enable others to collaborate across multi-partner teams that include a variety of stakeholders.
• Model effective ways of being and working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Enable other to build their comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity.
You will be able to build and maintain relationships with key social and political leaders and influencers. Use TACSI’s portfolio and thinking to influence key policy and institutional settings while seeking out opportunities for thought leadership in order to share the work and learning of TACSI.
