About the role
For the Principal role we look for significant capability in two out of three following areas: social impact, innovation and leadership.
You can enable others to:
- Work ethically with people experiencing disadvantage and influence positive changes in their life outcomes.
- Understand the structural and systemic conditions that maintain disadvantage in Australia and identify levels and opportunities for change.
- Understand and navigate the complexity of social impact sectors – from practice and implementation to policy, including connecting with key figures, ideas and organisations.
- Collaborate and lead social sector change initiatives e.g. new service models or policy reforms and manage people, time and money resources across dynamic projects.
