ACL Disability Services (ACL) is a not for profit organisation that provides support to people with mild to moderate learning disabilities. We aspire to the highest level of service delivery and specialise in promoting independent living skills and social integration for people with disabilities within the community.
ACL strives to enrich the lives of people with disabilities by providing person centred support and promoting the rights of every person with disability.
ACL also operates Gig Buddies in Australia, an innovative program of pairing volunteers and clients for individual and small group attendance at musical and sporting events (gigs). It is proudly supported by the Cronulla Sharks, has been showcased on the Footy Show and the 7:30 Report as a positive program.
About the role
The Finance Officer will be responsible for leading and managing commercial and financial functions at ACL and its associated entities, also responsible for the collation, reporting and advice on all financial aspects within ACL.
The role operates within a matrix organisation with a direct reporting line to the Treasurer of the ACLL Board and a dotted reporting line to the CEO.
It is expected that the role will initially be part-time, requiring up to 8 hours a week.
