About the role
- Part-time (3 dpw – competitive package)
As Finance & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance of the company, managing a region covering Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement a 5 year growth plan and make the necessary recommendations surrounding new market opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in FBA’s ongoing domestic and APAC growth plans through effective business insights and sound strategic planning. Key responsibilities include strategy, planning & management; operations & decision-making; financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting; risk management; and financial & cash management.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, including CA or CPA, and demonstrate a strong track record at a senior finance level. You must be an innovative, effective communicator who is able to help drive change throughout both local and APAC regions. Experience in a NFP membership-based environment would be highly regarded.
The national office is conveniently located in St Kilda Road.
