About the role

Location: Adelaide
- Part-time (60.8 hours per fortnight)
- Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2020
- Based at our Southern Hub in Christies Beach
- Your dedication, enthusiasm and passion will make a real difference in the community
Who are we looking for?
We have an amazing Community Development team who are looking for a customer service wiz to keep the wheels spinning. Using your creativity to develop, promote and coordinate community activities, events and forums often in collaboration with other agencies and teams within AnglicareSA.
You will have a professional and positive edge with an eye for detail, know your way around databases and have the ability to develop community fliers and newsletters. If you are someone who is always up for a challenge, is self-motivated and loves assisting others, we would love to hear from you!
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate in Office/Business Administration or Community Services will be highly regarded
- High level attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Digital savviness, with the proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Proven data entry skills with the ability to maintain up-to-date databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven strengths in collaboration, and problem-solving
- A vibrant personality with a customer focused mindset
What can you expect to be doing?
- Assist with the planning, development and delivery of new and innovative projects, community events and activities
- Provide effective customer service to internal and external enquiries
- Work collaboratively with other service providers, facilitating a holistic service approach
- Establish and maintain effective and positive partnerships with
- Develop and distribute promotional materials for the sector
- Accurately record, maintain and report on all data requirements
