Reporting to the Board you will provide strategic and innovative leadership, oversee the delivery of quality programs and services, engage with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities and drive for strong financial results.
A people-oriented leader with executive level experience within employment services or aligned sectors, you have a genuine passion for improving the prospects of those living with disadvantage. You enjoy motivating and influencing for change and bring a commercial focus, astute negotiating and influencing capability, strong achievement orientation, outstanding communication and success in achieving sustained results.
