About the role

  • Part-time (0.9) ongoing role
  • Based at our welcoming aged care facility in Elizabeth
  • Be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors and staff

 

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a customer-service extraordinaire who is willing to go above and beyond to assist our customers, visitors and staff!

Your enthusiasm, energy and excellent communication skills will assist you to deliver exceptional customer service to everyone who walks through our doors. Utilising your outstanding administration skills, you will provide high-quality admin support across the site. With great organisation skills and initiative, you will ensure our site runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

What do you need to bring?

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • A warm and engaging communication style with great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and their families in a professional manner
  • Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A willingness to go above and beyond for customers and employees

 

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Providing a positive customer service experience utilising a customer-first approach
  • Ensuring site administration and reception operates in an efficient and effective manner
  • Assisting with admission enquires and maintenance of current admissions
  • Managing the on-boarding of new staff and assist with staff training schedules
  • Coordinating the financial administration of the site including petty cash and invoicing
