About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, warm and friendly person who takes pride in their work to take on the role of Nursing Team Leader at our Medical practice. As a team leader, you will be performing nursing duties and will be reporting directly to the Practice Manager but will also be the contact point with doctors, patients and team members to create a working environment of trust, respect and collaboration. It will be important to carry a high value for respect, have excellent people skills, be exceptionally competent and trustworthy, committed and caring, yet well organised and establish a great working and personal relationships with the team. Your ability to lead and drive the nursing division of the practice – listening to and exceeding patients’ expectations must be of elite quality.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
