About the role
Reporting to the National Director of Employment Plus you will be a key member of the senior executive group, with responsibility for the development, delivery and monitoring of the strategic priorities that underpin the strategic plan. Key areas embrace:
- Business intelligence and financial analysis
- Contract compliance and service quality
- Quality accreditation
- Learning and development
- Strategic plan development coordination
- Business development and supplier engagement
- Oversight of financial, IT and property management functions
In this pivotal role you will provide high level advice and support the quality of functional and operational areas across the organisation.
Ideally you will have broad GM experience in a service environment with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to communicate at top level. Tertiary qualifications in finance would be preferred, and a background in the employment services sector (while not essential) would be a ‘plus’.
