About the role

The Board of Koorana is seeking to appoint an inspiring and values-driven leader as CEO.
Leading a team of 60+ the CEO will:
- Provide strategic, operational and people leadership
- Continue to deliver creative and sustainable growth that enhances and differentiates not only new but existing delivery of high-quality children’s services
- Build on a culture that supports, develops and retains outstanding, high performing and engaged staff members
- Deliver a leading edge, data driven, contemporary approach to customer acquisition, service and retention, while balancing this alongside the social purpose mission of Koorana.
The successful candidate will have an inclusive and consultative style, display finely tuned interpersonal skills and demonstrate an existing commitment to developing strong communities. Crucial to success will be a commercially strong strategic and operational awareness and an enabling leadership that balances risk management with the identification and pursuit of opportunities for business growth. A reputation for inspiring, enhancing and guiding culturally diverse teams to collective success is expected.
