Family Violence Case Manager
(1 x Part Time Ongoing, 1 x Full Time Fixed Term)
VincentCare is seeking experienced people to work as a Family Violence Case Manager to support women escaping Family Violence. The Role:
As a Case Manager you will contribute to a small but highly effective team of family violence support workers to provide information, advocacy, referral and case management support to single women and single women with children who have experienced Family Violence and are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness as a result.

Selection Criteria:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, and /or extensive experience in the field – Minimum diploma level.
- An understanding of Housing and Homelessness
- Experience in case management – preferably in Family Violence
- An Understanding of Child and Family Services, including legislative requirements
- An understanding of Trauma Informed Practice, experience preferred.
- A willingness to be a part of team supporting a client centred approach
- A willingness to participate in a 24 hour on-call roster
- Excellent communication skills
