The Maintenance Coordinator works as part of the Maintenance Team and reports to the Manager, Maintenance and Projects. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for delivering emergency, responsive and planned maintenance, upgrades and modifications. These works are delivered to our own portfolio but also for other clients who use the Active maintenance services on a fee-paying basis.
