About The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre
We are a leading organisation offering a comprehensive suite of services to clients and the community across the Barwon, West Melbourne and Wimmera Regions. Providing specialist sexual assault and family violence programs and services, including 24 hour crisis care support, case management, therapeutic counselling, early intervention and professional education and training, we continue to grow and develop our offerings.
About The Role
The Manager of Integrated Response provides leadership and management to sexual assault and family violence intake system, the after-hours crisis response service and the family violence case management services including the redevelopment of a refuge model for women and children. Reporting to the Executive Manager of Client Services, this senior position leads three team leaders who are responsible for our Specialist Family Violence Case Managers, Intake and After Hours Crisis Care support team. The role is central to building relationships across the Barwon Multi-Disciplinary Centre for the benefit of clients.
About You
With degree qualifications in social work, psychology, family therapy or similar, you have demonstrated senior leadership experience in the sector, including building the culture and capability across a number of teams. You are a strong leader with a strengths based approach and your leadership style inspires and enables team members to reach their full potential. With proven advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, you thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic person who can inspire and lead teams utilising trauma, gender and intersectionality lenses when delivering high quality services to people affected by sexual assault and women and children experiencing family violence.
