About the role
Act for Peace is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our Agency’s finance, HR, IT, compliance, administration and infrastructure requirements, and to provide services as our Company Secretary. Our COO reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of our Leadership Team, as such they share responsibility for strategy as well as operations. Whilst our COO will be competent in all aspects of the role it is essential that they have significant experience in finance.
The position will suit an experience COO who has experience in mid-sized agencies and is excited about being both big-picture, and very hands on.
Our COO manages a small team of finance and HR specialists, and has a direct report to the Board on finance.
