As part of our executive team, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organisation. Embracing the Purpose and Values of SCH, the General Manager will support, mentor and develop a committed and highly talented team of support unit managers to drive service excellence. You will ensure the organisation has robust and well planned systems, processes and infrastructure and supports services for now and the future.
You will have previous management experience preferably in the community services, health, aged care or not for profit sectors. You will demonstrate first rate people management skills with an ability to lead your team with purpose. You will have experience in one or more corporate support functions and will have a proven track record in driving continuous quality improvement. With high level analytical skills you will have the ability to drive change and influence all levels of the organisation.
