The organisation has an ambitious growth agenda over the next three to five years and seeks a General Manager, in a newly created role to embed infrastructure and processes to ensure operational excellence to underpin this growth. This is a real opportunity to create a meaningful legacy within a purpose-led business.
About the role
Key priorities for the General Manager will be to lead and support staff, set the tone around culture and performance, and to consolidate a strong operational foundation to support key activities and deliverables.
Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be critical to success in this role as you will have both internal and external facing responsibilities.
This is an ideal role for a professional with experience in managing a business or a large business area, especially through a phase of rapid growth.
