About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Program Delivery plays a critical role in the Executive team, leading the strategic and operational delivery of all the established programs. Building a culture of collaboration, you will provide leadership, mentoring and supervision for state and territory managers, to enable our five-year strategic ambitions. You will oversee high quality, effective service delivery (face-to-face and digital), developing systems and processes that support innovation and continuous improvement.
You will be an experienced leader (5 years plus) with considerable program or project management skills and a successful track record of delivering complex national health/social/community development programs and services. An inspiring and engaging leader, you will have a coaching style that motivates and supports teams to elevate performance and build capability. With a strategic focus, you will demonstrate outstanding experience in organisational development and change management. Superior interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, coupled with strong influence and relationship management. In particular, excellent stakeholder engagement and a track record of building lasting partnerships are critical requirements.
