About the role

Who we are
At EACH, our vision is for a healthy and inclusive community.

Founded on the vision that everyone is entitled to good health, we’re one of the nation’s leading health and community service providers, offering a broad range of services for over 40 years. Our services include Community Health, Mental Health, NDIS, Counselling, Support for Older Australians and Family Services.

Who we’re looking for
As part of our AOD, Youth Mental Health and Counselling team at Cranbourne, EACH is looking for a Manager of Therapeutic Services to provide day to day management of portfolios. If you’re a Clinician, degree qualified in AOD, Social work or Psychology, enjoy variety in your day and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we’re looking for!

We’re looking for someone who will enjoy taking ownership of the position and, in doing so, someone who will make a huge difference to the lives of clients. To be considered for this role, you will have clinical experience working across the sector in drug and alcohol, mental health and counselling and experience working with young people and children. You’ll also have developed strong leadership skills over several years, having previous experience transforming teams under your guidance.

What you’ll be doing
Your days will certainly be varied. You’ll be ensuring programs in the scope of the role are meeting their contractual financial and service deliverables, meeting with a wide range of stakeholders to monitor progress and tasks against agreed-upon targets. This will also involve supporting staff to meet KPI’s, improving quality of practice and engaging with funders to continue to enhance EACH’s reputation as a high-quality service provider in the region. Along the way, you’ll be leading the team by modelling EACH’s values and culture, creating safety and team cohesion.

Who you’ll be working with
This position reports directly to the Area Manager, Southern Melbourne, and provides support and guidance to the Team Leaders of 3 separate areas, each of whom has approximately 10 staff. Externally, you’ll forge working relationships with stakeholders from several funding bodies as a representative of EACH.

What we offer
EACH offers all staff benefits by offering Not for Profit Salary Packaging, a family-friendly workplace strategy and support through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.

Next steps
We want to know why you would like to come work with EACH and what you can bring to this role. Please attach a cover letter with your resume.

If you’d like more information about the position, please contact Nick Teo, Area Manager Southern Melbourne, or 03 87 81 9503
