National Business Development Manager

In this pivotal role as National Business Development Executive you will report directly to the National Chair of AWLA, advise the Board on internal and external issues and implement the Board’s strategic plans for revenue growth and development. To be considered for this role you will already have considerable experience developing and growing sustainable revenue for a social enterprise or a not-for profit organisation.  With an entrepreneurial spirit you will have a keen eye for an opportunity, the ability to leverage off previous relationships and the flair to present compelling business propositions at C-Suite and Board level to win new corporate partnerships, sponsorships and workplace giving programs. Ideally, you will have business management or similar qualifications and at least five years’ proven success in business development. You could be located in either Sydney or Melbourne and enjoy the flexibility of managing your time for 0.8 FTE.   As this is a national role there will be some travel.  Lastly, a keen interest in animal welfare is a must.
