About the role Based in Melbourne’s CBD, the Operations Manager, Court Support Services provides operational and clinical management across a range of programs operating at approximately 25 locations (including prisons) across the state. You will:
- Lead and manage a large multi-disciplinary staffing cohort across multiple court locations within Victoria
- Foster an environment that supports engagement and innovation and encourage individual and team achievements to provide quality service delivery to clients with complex needs.
- Provide clinical advice to support program development, service delivery and new initiatives.
- Receive the support you need to develop personally and professionally and work in an environment where you matter.
About you
You have:
- Clinical and operational management expertise to ensure high quality service delivery across a multi-disciplinary staffing cohort.
- Qualifications in psychology, social work or a related discipline (and the ability to be a member of your disciplines relevant membership body).
