About the role
The Team Leader Family Services has a primary responsibility for the supervision and support of Family Services Case Managers ensuring quality service delivery. This position works closely with other Family Services Team Leaders to ensure quality outcomes for children and families.
The position is responsible for exercising managerial responsibility in line with Cafs organisational goals, legislative requirements and funding requirements for the Family Services Program, leading the development of strategies to develop and expand quality Family Service Services and identify current and future opportunities for quality outcomes for children, young people and families at Cafs.
About you
As a dedicated and committed individual you will foster a strong positive team culture ensuring best case practice and therapeutic intervention enabling the achievement of program objectives, whilst demonstrating decisions in the best interest of children and families.
Qualifications
Degree appropriate to child and family practice with substantial post graduate experience in the field of specialist expertise.
At .least 2 year’s experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Formal training in professional supervision/reflective practice is preferred.
