As CEO of Reach, you will be an authentic, courageous and entrepreneurial leader with a true passion for inspiring young people. You will take Reach on a journey of continual evolution as you implement strategies for growth, innovation and impact. Reporting to an engaged Board, you will lead and empower staff, crew and volunteers, and oversee all the governance, business, finance, fundraising and operations aspects, plus carefully balance the edgy and creative elements which are all vital to fulfil the important mission of Reach.
  
You will communicate effectively, build trusting and inclusive relationships, and achieve positive results to ensure continuing success, relevance and sustainability. This pivotal role demands a proven, influential and action-orientated leader with a growth mindset, strong commercial acumen, an ability to execute effectively, and excellent communication skills, together with grit, passion and integrity.
