Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the development of financial strategy to ensure positive financial performance and long-term sustainability, working to support the National Disability Insurance Scheme. A key player on the Executive Team, you will be recognised for your informed advice, direction and collaborative ‘whole of organisation’ approach to ensure high standards of service delivery.
With a passion for genuinely making a difference to the lives of people living with disability, you possess significant experience as a CFO in complex, diverse, multisite environments and enjoy motivating and influencing for change. Your strong commercial focus, exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and demonstrated ability to achieve sustained results will guarantee your success. Sound like you?
