About the role

About the opportunity

The role of Client Liaison Officer is crucial to the efficient operation of Reid’s Guest House. You will be the main point of contact for up to 53 in house guests residing the Guest House and will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum occupancy levels and a smooth client intake process.

You will be responsible for making detailed client notes and, in consultation with the program coordinator, taking proactive steps in the management of the client, such as making appropriate referrals to other/additional support services and speaking with clients about options that will assist them and help to address any issues they may be facing In addition, you will be supporting the Program Coordinator in the day to day operation of the Guest House

About you

Reid’s Guest House is in the process of developing new programs and initiatives to support our clients so you will be key in assisting to implement these changes. You will be a quick learner, will be able to work autonomously but also well in a team and you will show initiative to drive positive outcomes for clients and the program.

You will be confident when dealing with clients from a wide and varying background and have the ability to remain respectful and non-judgemental. You will show a high level of empathy and compassion towards the clients and have a true desire to offer the best customer services and support possible
