The Role
The role of the Coordinator is extensive and varied, directly overseeing a set of programs and team of case managers at our St Kilda office. You will primarily be accountable to provide support to their direct reports to fulfil their roles, meet the requirements of the funding body and also other organisational needs.
The Coordinator- Tenancy Plus South is currently responsible for the delivery of DHHS funded Tenancy Plus Program in the Metro Bayside area and the Common Equity Housing Ltd. Funded Referral to Support Program. Also, responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, effective and high-quality programs and services.
About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting staff who work with clients with complex needs and also work collaboratively with others in providing effective client solutions. The candidate should have strong leadership qualities and can directly oversee a team of case managers. Working in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, this challenging position requires someone with strong communication skills, well-developed organisational and time management skills.
