About the role
In support of its vision, the College’s leadership has committed to establishing a new fundraising strategy and robust advancement program for the College. The College seeks a new Director of Advancement who will further develop and implement the College’s first fundraising strategy, including the establishment of key fundraising programs for the College. The Director will build and nurture strategic relationships within the College community, helping to grow and sustain a culture of philanthropy across the College.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in developing and implementing successful philanthropic programs, including annual and planned giving, with a track record in the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts. The ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, and to work collaboratively with others will be key. Alignment with the College’s values of inclusivity, respect and egalitarianism will be fundamental to success.
