The role
Your key remit will be to support patients in the community & enable improvements in their disease & health management outcomes.
The Project Associate role works within the Medical Communications & Patient Engagement team and will be responsible for the day to day administration of patient & healthcare professional programs.
- Provide comprehensive customer service/care advisory support via timely phone/email response to patient & stakeholder enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the program operations and projects
- Adhere to the program protocols & associated SOPs, including use of the program database
- Ensure that all potential adverse events or product complaints are reported and followed-up
- Co-ordinate interactions with external support services & networks information to patients
- Ability to interact with healthcare stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise required
- Tertiary qualification required.
- Education/qualifications in an aligned field including; allied health, healthcare, nursing, science would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong administrative & customer service abilities with database management highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
- Excellent organisational and strong administrative skills.
- Exceptional time management, problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work methodically, accurately & neatly.
- Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated experience managing confidential & sensitive information.
- Sound judgement when interacting with clients, suppliers and staff.
- High degree of initiative & attention to detail in all tasks.
- Proficient in building productive relationships & networks.
