The Team Leader Homelessness Services has primary responsibility for the supervision and support of the Homelessness Services Case Managers and Advocates; ensuring their capability to deliver programs to the homeless, people at risk of being homeless and people that require advocacy and assistance with their tenancies. This position supports and leads the team by ensuring best practice and quality of service delivery is consistent and maintained for optimum client outcomes.
Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work or related discipline.
Formal training in professional supervision/reflective practice is preferred.
Substantive post graduate experience in the field of specialist expertise (Housing and Homelessness)
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
