About the Role
The Trusts & Foundations Manager is responsible for the implementation of Camp Quality’s trusts & foundations strategy nationally.
They will develop, manage and foster positive relationships between Camp Quality and the philanthropic trusts and foundations sector. The role ensures the trusts and foundations portfolio is maintained and nurtured with a focus on long-term growth and strategic partnerships to build sustainability in this revenue channel.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- tertiary qualifications in fundraising / marketing or other relevant discipline;
- at least five years’ experience and a proven track record in trusts & foundations, grant / proposal writing and relationship management;
- proven success in trusts & foundations grant submissions (including strategic grants) and extensive knowledge of the Australian philanthropic landscape;
- an excellent understanding of the key success factors in trust & foundations applications;
- experience developing / executing strategic plans and implementing operational plans;
- the ability to develop and foster effective relationships (internal and external) and influence key stakeholders;
- a sound knowledge of current practices and techniques in communication, marketing, brand and the ability to position an organisation to perform well in a highly competitive space; and
- a current driver’s licence.
