The Role:

VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of Manager Support and Participation. The Manager of Support and Participation leads five service streams across Northern Community Hub- case management in; young adults; youth justice; adults/older adults; brokerage and; Volunteer Coordination. The programs work with in a coordinated system centred behind the client to achieve outcomes based on their needs and individual goals. 

Reporting to the Hub Manager, the Manager of Support and Participation plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with people accessing homelessness services. The role will design and deliver service responses which support VincentCare’s Homelessness Recovery Model.
