Recruitment Consultant

Due to rapid growth and a healthy pipeline of projects steadily flowing into Gembridge via referrals, networks and existing clients, there is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to commence in early 2020. Working closely with the Director, you will be empowered to manage diverse recruitment projects from start to finish. This includes business development, writing and presenting proposals, preparing position descriptions and job briefs, writing engaging advertising copy, responding to candidate enquiries, pro-actively searching, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating, finalising offers and confirming successful placements. Gembridge will support your professional development through industry conferences, events, mentoring and ongoing opportunities to support your goals.
  
You will enjoy being a trusted adviser and building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and have tenacity, integrity, commitment and problem resolution skills to forge a successful long-term consulting career. A solid track record in the recruitment sector with a genuine interest to specialise in the not-for-profit space or relevant experience in the ‘for purpose’ sector with  transferrable skills will be highly regarded.
  
To be successful, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong negotiating and influencing skills, together with sound judgement, initiative and curiosity. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM databases (ideally JobAdder), Outlook and LinkedIn is required.
