Established in 1994, Adria Village accommodates 42 residents, providing specialist and respite care facilities and 36 independent living units. It has revenue of approximately $4 million, with a headcount of 36. Working with a committed Board, you will ensure ongoing viability through the judicious stewardship of human, financial and physical resources, implementing the organisation’s strategic objectives. You are a well credentialed leader and manager in the aged care sector, with sound experience in stakeholder engagement and community relations. Exposure to both residential and home care service provision is preferred, backed up by business acumen and influencing skills.
