About the role

About the opportunity

As an ICT Business Partner, you will be responsible for working within Uniting ICT and across Uniting’s divisions to ensure substantive and effective engagement between the business and the technology that underpins our business services. This will be critical in the achievement of our strategic goals.

You will be an advocate on behalf of the business in relation to ICT for development, projects, service difficulties and related matters.

Additionally, you will work closely within the ICT team in the assessment and effective rationalisation of requirements across a diverse range of services and sites while concurrently managing relationships and expectations of a large stakeholder base.

About you

Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills and experience is a must, alongside high emotional intelligence and brilliant communication skills.

You have strong experience in reviewing, planning and recommending technology strategies to meet required business outcomes, understand business drivers, reporting and marketing of services and the use of standards and best practice.

You have a collaborative approach and have the ability to develop and influence a change agenda to a range of stakeholders, including vendors, staff and senior management.
