About the role
Join a small and dynamic marketing team within Australia’s peak body for Philanthropy.

Philanthropy Australia’s (PA) Marketing Officer supports the marketing team in delivering the Marketing & Communications Action Plan with key deliverables that include; the development and management of web and social media content, digital and traditional member communications and varied contribution to the implementation of marketing campaigns. A key component of this role is the publication of a weekly e-newsletter.
The Marketing Officer will monitor PA and sector media coverage and maintain and support the Directory of Funders (DoF) and Foundation Maps Australia tools.
You will engage and collaborate directly and effectively with the team, other staff, members and the broader community to write, produce, and deliver engaging, current and accurate content.
This is an exciting all-rounder role that gives exposure to all facets of marketing and communications strategies and delivery, with opportunities to learn and grow.
Who are we looking for? You will have a relevant degree, and demonstrated experience or capability in delivering digital, marketing and social media activities, and using relevant tools and software. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. Ideally, you will be skilled in general marketing production, digital processes and activities.
Some interstate travel and work outside of hours may be required
