About the role
Contribute to the continuous improvement, risk management and compliance practices of Veritas House.
- Interpret Standards, Guidelines, Legislation and Program Level Agreements
- Use your “plain English” writing skills to turn the complex into easy-to-understand policy and procedure

You will work in partnership with Executive Managers and subject matter experts to interpret the applicable Standards and the conditions of Program Level Agreements for the client services we offer. Your primary responsibility will be documenting operational policies and procedures and the template documents that support them, and coordinating the Policy and Procedure review process. You will also assist with defining the implementation plans for accreditation audit processes and revised policies, procedures and templates.
